Problems arise between people and between groups within organisations. Sometimes all that is needed is a little mediation and facilitation to allow people to explore issues in a safe environment and to develop their own solutions.

One of MKP's strengths is achieving an early resolution.

Other times, issues have escalated to the extent that an investigation is necessary. Bearing this in mind the area is fraught with legal issues in relation to procedures and processes.
